Early Withdrawal Penalty

We may impose a penalty if you withdraw any of the principal in your account before your maturity date.  The penalty for Certificates with a term of one year or less is the lesser of 90 days dividends or dividends earned to date.  The penalty for terms greater than one year is lesser of 180 days dividends or dividends earned to date.
